Returns & Exchanges

At Jeans Warehouse, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn denim and apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
